Whether you’re looking for a filling and flavorful boost of energy in the morning, a protein and nutrient dense pre- or post-workout shake, or just a tasty beverage for a hot afternoon, these top 5 healthy smoothies will make you put your blender out and enjoy the sweet juices ever.

1- Pumpkin pie smoothie: 



You guys won't even believe how healthy and sweet is this smoothie, plus it is super easy and quick to make. For that you will need : 

1 c pumpkin puree
1 c fat-free vanilla yogurt
1⁄2 c apple juice
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 
1⁄2 orange, peeled 1 c ice cubes
Put your blender on and you are ready to go ;) 

2- Pineapple cucumber smoothie:





Ingredients :


1 c freshly cut pineapple
½ c fresh raspberries
1 kale leaf
½ cucumber Ice as needed
Also add a little water or almond milk if needed

And always the same process, your blender is your key ... So blend it till it will be a nice mixed smoothie and enjoy ... 

3- cherry berry tea smoothie: 


This one is actually one of the best post-workouts smoothies, it is 100% refreshing and so healthy. 






You will need :

3/4 c water
2 tea bags
10 ounces (2 c) frozen sweet cherries
6 ounces (1 c) frozen grapes
3 ounces (1/2 c) frozen blueberries
Make for yourself, your own refreshing smoothie. 
4- Avocado and pear smoothie: 
Honestly, i think avocado is one of the healthiest fruits. And this mixture of avocado and pear has a magical taste. 



It is very simple, and only need 5 ingredients:

1/2 c avocado, peeled and pitted
1 c pear, cored and chopped
2 teaspoons raw honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice to chill

Voilá smoothie is ready to be serve. Enjoy...

5- Strawberry peach smoothie:







For that :
1 c water1 c fresh or frozen peach slices
1 c fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Ice 
And enjoy blending it ...


If you haven't notice it guys, these smoothies doesn't contain any kind of milk in it.
The reason why, is that i know out there, there a lot of people who can't drink milk.
