Healthy breakfasts for busy mornings

Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. And when it comes to that, the options are endless. Fruits, vegetables, eggs, smoothies, muffins or pancakes?
We have multiple of choices, but we just need to find the right ideas.
I have never been a healthy person, simply because i don't gain weight whatever i eat. When i started to grow up, i started to understand being healthy doesn't mean stop gaining weight. Actually it is a life style, that if you follow you help to make yours better. My husband lately is going through a strict diet, but at the same time, he hasn't got that much time as he is so busy. So i had this idea, to do some researches and find the best recipes to eat healthy and save time.
Here are few healthy breakfasts idea for busy mornings.

1- Mango smoothie:

Mangos are not only tasty, but they are also very healthy. The unique fragrance, flavor, and nutritional benefits of this super fruit make it a popular choice among fruit lovers, who call mango the ‘king of fruits’. Mangos are good to eat, and making a smoothie out of them is the best choice for a fresh start. I personally love it so much, it is so energizing, so refreshing and have good amount of vitamins for a good healthy start.  For that you will only need :
1 Big ripe mango (Peeled and sliced), 1/3 cup Fresh curd, 1 cup Chilled milk and 1/2 tablespoon Honey- (you can add more if you want it sweeter), then you are ready to go. 





2- Tomato Toast With Macadamia Ricotta:

Well, well, well... Are looking for a classic breakfast so easy to make, then that's will suit your choice. For that: Top toasted bread with macadamia ricotta, sliced tomatoes, julienned shiso, and a few pinches of black salt. cut the toast in half and serve. And Enjoy ! 





3- Spinach and ricotta Frittata:

It is definitely less boring than a random omelette. Let me tell you this guys, i never knew that it is actually called Frittata until i was a playing one of these Facebook games. Anyway, if you want a little bit of more than an omelette then it is surely what you are looking for : simple, easy and yummy. 




4- Fruit salad:

The best part of the fruit salad, is that you can use whatever you want. It is a very light, healthy and nice breakfast for a morning start. Grab one of each of your favorites, quickly chop it up and it is ready to be very yummy in your tummy. 



5- Chakchouka :


Yes right , that's the Tunisian word. It is simply a very delicious Tunisian kind of breakfast. So easy to make, and super healthy, although the Tunisian are not really appreciating it. In my country, it's known as a cheap dish but actually it is so tasty. Eggs, tomato, onions and pepper and Enjoy ! 





6- Egg muffins :

Finally, some tasty muffins made with eggs. It is actually omelette in a muffin shape. Pop that into the oven and Bon appétit :))






7- Overnight Oatmeal:

Soak a batch of oats overnight and stir in your toppings come morning for the quickest and healthiest breakfast ever.





8- Toasted Coconut Coffee Smoothie:
Coffee? Yes, what about a healthy one. One of the best smoothies you can find and the easiest to make. Freeze coffee in an ice cube tray then blitz into a smoothie for the ultimate morning pick-me-up. Enjoyyy ! 








9- Waffles:

I know, i know. Everyone likes waffles, and the encouraging part of that is that you have a variety of choices to actually eat with that. No hesitations, favorite toppings and Voila !!
