How much do i know my lovely best friend ! The birthday girl !!!

Hello guys !

It is the 28th of June, and it is actually a special day. Today is my best friend's birthday. Yes that's right, my girl is turning 21 years old today. It has been long time with this cutie, and i can't believe how the time is flying. I don't even know how we got this old. It has been a great childhood with her, i have been a crazy teenager next to her. Well many of you would probably say, that 21, then we still teenagers, but unfortunately not anymore, just when we are together, hehehe. I am so impressed and more then that, i am surprised, because i never thought i would have such a long great friendship. And, she is the only one that proved to me that i can love a friend, sister, mate, neighbor, actually everything i have, as much as i love her. I am not going to say, i hope that this friendship will last forever, coz i'm sure it will definitely be the longest friendship ever. Having a best friend is having a precious treasure and not everyone can keep, but we did, and i am so proud of that. We have been together through many of the life stages so far, and it is super fun. I am happy, because i am sure that my besty will always be by my side and she will never let me down. At least she didn't so far, and that's already amazing. I wanna dedicate my love, appreciation and happiness to be able to be with such a phenomenal person. And to prove to her that i do know her well i decided to go through these questions and show her how much i do know her already. 15 years, have been so fun already and still long long life to capture more nice memories together.
My 'Larbi' i hope u won't get mad if answered wrong :p although i am sure i didn't.

Get to know me tag

Hello guys !
I know that it has been only a day since i posted the 10 facts about me. but today, i’ll do the tag where I answer 21 questions about myself.I got this tag from YSIS LORENNA so don't forget to check her out ;)1. Are you named after anyone? No i am not, mom and dad were confused what to name me, and because my older sister is called Nada, they chose Noha as it starts with an "N".
2. When was the last time you cried? Earlier this afternoon. So the 24th of June 2016. I hope you don't think i am so sensitive !
3. Do you have kids? No, not yet :p
4. If you were another person, would you be a friend of yourself? Why not ! don't really have that much friends, but i think i have all the criteria that anyone needs in a friend.
5. Do you use sarcasm a lot? I do, but in a normal way. Just with close people.
6. Will you ever bungee-jump? I am dying for that moment. I am always reminding my man, that we will have to organize a bungee-jump asap.
7. What’s your favorite cereal? I love a Tunisian cereal called "Grain d'or" means "Golden grains". I truly adore the honey flavor.
8. What’s the first thing you notice about people? I don't know, but i always judge people from the first meeting. I know i shouldn't, but so far, i have always been right and i never misjudged someone.
9. What is your eye colour? very light blue. Just kidding :p BROWN
10. Scary movie or happy endings? Marvel movies. I didn't use to like them, but since i started i never stopped.
11. Favorite smells? One million( my man's), Tunisian food, fresh juice.
12. Summer or winter? Definitely winter. I think we only can enjoy the summer time, when it is holiday. Except that, heating up is better than sweating.
13. Computer or television? Computer... Coz i can watch whatever i want with that as well.
14. What’s the furthest you’ve ever been from home? Not that much, just few hundreds of Km.
15. Do you have any special talents? I think i have good voice, although i am the only one who think that, hehe ... And i am good with languages as well. Oh yeah, and i love sports, swimming, tennis, football, handball... etc

17. What are your hobbies? Shopping if it can be considered as a hobby. I enjoy cooking, learning new things, going for long walks, visiting new places, singing, swimming, tennis is my love and especially watching TV ...
18. Do you have any pets? I recently lost my dog, exactly on the 24th of may 2016, one day before getting married. He was my first love, you can check my post about him. But i am looking for new puppy that is looking like my DUDU, and unfortunately i couldn't find one so far. 19. Favorite movie? Don't have a favorite one. But whatever movie i did watch it is special for me.
20. Do you have any siblings? Yes, one older sister, one older brother and one younger sister.
21. What do you want to be when you grow up? As successful as i dreamt about it. And when i say that, i mean in everything both of my personal and professional life. And i think, my personal life is my priority.

10 facts about me !

Helloooooo !

I miss all of you, although i don't think that many of you did miss me. ( just kidding).
As i am not really an organized person, especially as a blogger, i wanted to explain something for you guys. I am a blogger, but not a full time blogger. That's why i only decide to post when i feel like it is time for a new one. I am blogging with love not by obligation. I hope everyone of you understand it. And i hope you all know that i love sharing with you my posts and enjoy receiving your messages.

I am aware, that i am not a famous person, but i deiced to share some facts about me today that, i think they can be shocking or funny or even help you to know a little bit more about me. Don't miss any of them.

1- I am not even 21 years old and i am married:

I think everyone thinks that probably because i am muslim so it is super okay to get married that early. Well guys it is not always true ! I never thought i am going to be engaged and married when i didn't even turn 21 years old. I always wanted to be that independent woman, that can build her own career and doesn't let any man in her life. But you never know what can happen. In fact, love can change a lot in our lives. I still wanna make a very successful career, i am insisting to finish my studies and get where i always wanted, but with the one i love. Actually, being with my love for the rest of my life it is a great addition, because in this case, i will enjoy both of my unprofessional and professional life. Having such a good back-up and a lovely man to support me, is the best decision i have ever made, and i am so proud of us to be able to get to the stage we are in today. And i truly love my man.

2- I love adventures:
Since i was a kid, i was always joining to the boys team. I am so adventurous and i love to be surrounded by nature. I wasn't really a girly girl, rather i always want to try a crazy, hilarious and adventurous actions. I always believed that women are stronger than everyone and that they can do more than a man can do. That's what actually did help me to keep on being strong and to never let a man make fun of me or see me as a weak lady. I have to admit that many ladies can peace me off easily ( no offense ), but i feel like we can't be that gender that can be weak. We actually should have both sides, the nice, kind and cute one, and at the same time, to show our persistence and strength whenever we have to. I simply love the feeling of being on the top of the world.

3- I hate wearing jewelries:

Hate to wear jewelries, doesn't mean i don't wear them at all !! My lady part, force me sometimes to use them. I always want to be free, and one of the main reasons that made me hate them is that extra sound that come out of me when i am moving, Why they can't be that silent !!! And let me tell you that only 3 years ago, i started to use rings, after my mom gave me one as a gift. Currently i only put my engagement ring and my mom's gift on. I never felt comfortable in any type of jewelries. But let me tell you, i see myself beautiful in them and i think they are a lovely addition to my outfits.

4- I can't walk in high heals:

Yes ! That's right, i can't walk in high heels, and i don't even dare to do that. I have few reasons that made me hate it. First of all, since i was born, i found myself taller then people my age. I am currently 170 cm, so not that tall, but i still do not use them, because i am not a model who's walking on a runway all the time, plus my husband is not really taller than me, so there is no way for me to make myself taller than him. The second reason, is that they are simply tiring and make me feel like i am walking on a glass floor. I love wearing trainers, flip flop and whatever is comfortable for me. I totally agree, that the high heels makes my body looks perfect, especially that i am only 50 kg, but that doesn't change the fact of making me so uncomfortable.

5- I am not good with make-up:

Unfortunately, i couldn't have any good relationship with make-up so far. I always try my best, but every time i simply have to take it off and go back for the natural face. I don't know why, but it makes me feel like i am wearing a mask and it is not really me. I am not saying that i don't use make up at all, but what i use is only sun cream, mascara and lip balm, even if it is late in the night. I tried to build a good relationship with it, and learn slowly, i bought what i need for that, but so far, i failed. Hopefully i will be able to be good at that soon.

6- I almost speak 5 languages:

Arabic is my native, French is my second by obligation, English the third with love, Spanish is my fourth as an option and Hungarian is my current learning and it is because i am married to my Hungarian 'hubzy'. So for all my audience out there, don't hesitate to text me and email me with your own language, i am definitely, fluently speaking 4 languages and learning the fifth, if it is not any of these i will use the translator like everyone , hehe !

7- I am a very good driver:

I consider myself a very good woman driver. What it is known around the world that women are not good drivers, and i totally agree with that, but not all of them. Because men are not good drivers either but they are a little bit more brave. Being confident is my best tip for you guys. Do not let anyone to underestimate you. Be the best in the field, and stick to your rights. Actually, driving is my passion, but sometimes it becomes so boring and tiring, if you haven't got good company in a long journey. What i dream about, is to become one of the best drifters ! and who knows, i can be once isn't ?

8- I have no phone:

I understand ! It is weird, i have no phone doesn't mean i have no device, but the one i have is a very old one. Since i lost my phone, i still didn't get a new one, and the one i am using is an old Samsung phone. But, it is doing a terrific job. I have all kind of applications, i am managing my instgram account, checking my twitter account and blog and even taking pictures if i have good light around, plus i am skyping with my man with it. But i still don't have a proper device and that's the most uncomfortable part of it.

9- I am not a good reader:

I used to be ! but not anymore. The world is full of good readers, and i an , surely, note one of them. It is good to read books, but i think, it doesn't worth to spend long time doing that. You have many other different ways, to learn about life, to learn how to be a good writer, to get ready for the next step, to learn about people and their personalities and to be smart. And with the word smart, i mean to know that the time is made of gold or even diamonds, and that reading has sometimes bad effect instead of good one. From my own point of you, i think it does close you to a certain world. I am still reading sometimes, but just by curiosity about the writer's style. Otherwise, it is not really my thing to do. There is no offense for those who love reading, i totally support you, you have your own thoughts and you might have seen things that i will never see in reading.

10- I am a stubborn lady with very strong personality:

Saying strong personality might be scary, but it is not. I am a very sensitive girl, and i can be very emotional but with that, i am still considering myself a strong and powerful woman. As much as i can be so good, as much as i can show the crazy cat inside me. I hate injustice, and i hate people who thinks they are better or trying to be. I am fighting for equality. And with that, i don't mean equality between woman and man but i mean equality between humans. I am able to fight for my right and i can talk about those who can's talk about themselves and get myself involved to fight for them easily. I am as stubborn as always being able to snatch my right. I don't really see it bad, about myself. And i think at some point, i will be able to make a lot of people shut up or teach them how to be supportive in this world.

I wanna tell you guys, that you all have special criteria, and everyone of you is an amazing person when he loves himself. Don't forget to be proud of who you are and cherish every single day, the fact of being a special member of a big community. I would love to hear from you, and i will be so happy to receive you emails telling me facts about you and why not sharing it with the others.

My last word and the last fact you should all know about me, that i am a daddy's girl and that he is my precious treasure,as well as, i am everyday more and more in love with my Hubzzy Bubzzy. If you do have special people in your life ( mother, father, brother, sister, bestfriend, boyfriend, girlfriend, fiancé, husband, wife, son, daughter, grandchild or whoever can be, even ur pet ), you should appreciate their existence and be sure that they are the reason that motivate you everyday to do more and be better.

My macarons !!

Macarons are the most perfect, adorable and beautiful sweets ever. The idea of making macrons has always been scary for me. Although many blogger have said that they were intimidated by the idea of making them. It was still scary for me. But i have to admit, that i got intimidated too. These are the most wonderful sweets you can ever see or taste.

That's why i decided to share with you my recipe of them.

I am not and expert but like everyone of us, when i decided to make it first i went on online and started to compare recipes. Since the macrons are french, i decided to go for one of the french recipes and it actually did work well.
For a start i didn't get the best looking macarons but since then, every time they are getting better and better.

The interior of the cookies are soft, while the exterior has a thin, crisp crust. And that little edge around the middle of the cookies, where the filling is? That’s called the cookies “feet.”

Seriously, these get more and more adorable, the more learn about them. 

And the reason why i could beat my fear and make them is that they only need few basic ingredients: Sugar, egg white, icing sugar, almonds, fine sugar and food coloring.

Apparently if we haven't got the right tools then it is a little bit harder, but not everyone has scale in their kitchen for example. If we aren't really into cooking then our kitchen wouldn't contain more than the basics. And i have to admit, i am one of these people.

Therefore i tried to list the ingredients in kind of way that it is suitable for both types, who have the right tools and those who haven't got them.

For the start you will need :

100g / 1 cup icing / powder sugar
100g / 1 cup ground almonds
2 medium, free-range egg whites
Small pinch salt
55g / ¼ cup caster / fine sugar
Food coloring

As usual while you are mixing the ingredients you will have to pre heat your oven to 140°C/ 300°F.

Sieve the icing sugar and ground almonds into a large mixing bowl and mix them together.
In a separate, scrupulously clean bowl whisk the egg whites and salt until they form soft peaks. Add the caster / fine sugar, a little at a time and continue to whisk until the whites are very thick and glossy, in an other way till it will look exactly like the snow and i dare you to flip the bowl without losing the mixture.
Using a piping bag with a 1cm / 1/3" nozzle, fill with the macaron mixture. Place the silicon mat or paper template onto a baking sheet. Pipe small blobs onto the sheet remembering that less is more at this stage because the mixture will settle and form into the allotted spaces.
leave to dry for 20 minutes - the surface of the macaron will become smooth and shiny.
Bake the macarons in the preheated for 7 - 8 minutes minutes, open the door to release any steam, close the oven door and cook for a further 7 - 8 minutes. The macarons are cooked when they feel firm and are slightly risen.
Slide the mat or greaseproof paper onto a wire cooling rack and leave to cool completely Do not be tempted to remove the macarons from the mat until they are cold or you will break them.

Next step will be the filling and for that you will need:

150g / 1 ½ cups unsalted butter, softened
75 g / 2/3 cup icing / powder sugar

And it is so easy to make it. So you will have to :

Beat the softened butter until it is fluffy, then gradually beat in the icing sugar. At this point you can beat in any flavorings you may choose.
Place approximately 1/2 a tsp of the filling to the flat side of one macaroon and sandwich together with another then twist ever so slightly to create a bond. Continue with the remaining macarons.

And as a last trick, the macarons are so soft and nice crispy and to be more delicious will be better to leave them to cool for 24 hours.

I really enjoy making these they are most likely to be my favorite sweets. I am already a food lover and i don't mind to try anything but these are extremely beautiful. And that's how they finally are looking.

Ramadan Kareem

RAMADAN KAREEM

I wish for all of you a very happy ramadan.

Being part of islam did teach me a lot. This Mubarak month is the best month all over the year and i am sure every muslim is always waiting for it and the majority of the non-muslim do respect it. We all should admit that this great month has a special taste, from the family visits for dinner to the celebrations. Every country celebrate it on it is special way. All of you knows that i am Tunisian, but i really like the way Egyptians celebrate their ramadan. Many muslims celebrate their Ramadan in The UK, it is a little bit different especially for those who hasn't got family around them.
Today i am going to share with you my Ramadan favorites. Lately i am checking all the muslim websites in the UK and i am trying to get items as much as i can.
One of the websites i fell in love with is 'The islamic moments'. Here are some of my favorites :

Although i really love creating my own special Ramadan decorations, but having these is so good, these looks so lovely and would add a nice touch if you lover decorating your House and Garden.

These cute Ramadan Card are amazing. I love those nice arabic pattern that really gives me great feelings. I think every muslims would really love to exchange such a nice card.
